Biography

Jiachen (Jason) Zhou received the Degree of Master of Applied Science (MASC) in December 2023. His research focused on 3D perception for autonomous vehicles. He was also the team principal at aUToronto, UofT’s self-driving car team. He received his BASc degree in Engineering Science (Robotics major, AI minor) in 2021 from the University of Toronto. During his undergraduate study, he had the opportunity to gain research experience in monocular 3D object detection in both academia and industry.
